You start that plan year already capped, so you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year and pay only the $195 per-transaction post-cap fee. The Prepaid Cap is elected before your first closing of the plan year, is non-refundable, and is elected again each anniversary year. It is available to solo agents, Team Leaders (who cap at $10,000), and licensed spouse/partner households sharing one plan. It is not available to team members, whose cap is already $5,000. The $50 monthly brokerage fee and the $35 E&O fee per transaction (capped at $350 per year) still apply.

Upon closing your fourth transaction, you automatically transition to the 90/10 Summit Plan. Final placement on the New Agent Plan is evaluated individually and determined at the Broker's sole discretion.

Generally, yes. The New Agent Plan is intended to support agents who would benefit from additional coaching and guidance as they begin their careers. However, the requirement to complete the first four coaching transactions is not based solely on the number of prior closings. Four previous closings are a baseline, not the only test. Each agent's background and experience are evaluated individually, including previous real estate experience, service as a transaction coordinator, work in another brokerage role, prior licensing history, or other relevant industry experience. In some cases the Broker may determine that the four coaching transactions, or a portion of them, may be waived based on the agent's demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability to practice competently without additional supervision. Final placement on the New Agent Plan, including any waiver of the coaching requirement, is determined at the Broker's sole discretion following a discussion with the agent.

Commission checks are typically disbursed within 24 to 48 hours of the brokerage receiving the cleared funds from the closing. If the title company sends the funds via ACH or physical check, it typically takes 1 to 3 days for the funds to clear. Exact timing can also depend on the title or escrow company's funding schedule, holidays, and how quickly all required closing documents are submitted. Our goal is to get your money into your hands as fast as possible.
