The Relocating Agent Checklist

1. Request a certified license history

Order it from your current state's real estate commission right away. It is often the slowest item in the file.

2. Have your education reviewed

Submit your course records so NRED can determine what qualifying education carries over and what, if anything, remains.

3. Fingerprint and sit for the Nevada exam

Complete fingerprinting through an approved vendor and pass the Nevada portion of the salesperson exam through Pearson VUE.

4. Activate with a Nevada broker

Your issued license must be placed with a licensed Nevada broker before you can practice in the state.
